Remodel project movie

I am going to attempt to upload a short movie/slideshow of the remodel we've been working on. We have accomplished much! It is not done yet, more details need to be added to make it feel like home, but mostly cosmetic and simple. It feels so good to have it mostly done!

Making pickles

Using cucumbers and dill from our garden. These turned out super sweet, we will try them with half the sugar next time! So fun for the kids to be able to eat the fruits of their labor. :-)

Happy 4th!

We spent the day at a cook-out with friends from church in Brookneal. We then went to Patrick Henry's Red Hill for the fireworks display. It was a fun day and good to get out for a while.
