Our new pet!

We have a new bunny! His name is "Max Fuzzy" aka Max, Rose named him. He is 6 months old and I have no idea what kind of rabbit, but he is very sweet and lots of fun.

Molly even likes him! Max isn't scared of her and Molly will sniffle him and try to play, I think they'll be great friends soon (with supervision of course).

Today I saw Max do this little jump in the air - so cute and supposed to mean in rabbit language "I am VERY happy!" :-) Max stays outside all day in an enclosed pen with wire floor for nibbling on grass and fertilizing our yard. In the evening he comes in and roams the kitchen while we play with him and then at night sleeps in a small crate. We are enjoying him lots.

Still alive

Well, I am still here and obviously haven't done much better with posting here. I miss it - time is just so hard to come by. I also have found that now that we have cable internet at our office, I don't have the patience to wait on the dial-up at home. The best time for me to write is late at night, but I get so impatient waiting for things to load.

Anyway... that is my excuse today! LOL

Today Tom and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary. So hard to believe, and yet it seems like it has always been, yk? We went on a vacation last weekend as our anniversary trip. Had a great time with the kids in Williamsburg - didn't do any of the historical stuff this time, just relaxed in our rooms and at the pool. Did catch a movie and play putt-putt too.

Back to our anniversary... tonight we had our usual taco night for Fridays, and we watched our wedding video with the kids. It was fun to see how much we had changed and remember all our lovely friends and family who were with us on that joyful day. Afterwards, I got out my chest where my boquet and all the various wedding items are kept. The kids oohed and aaahed and said they had "always wondered what was in that chest", ha ha! I enjoyed showing them the things and remembering. It was a good day.

Oh, I am getting into photography a bit more, and soon hope to set up a link from here to another page where I will post my fav pics for your review and constructive criticism. Watch for that soon (I hope - don't hold your breath though!).
