Well, my wrist is still healing. I have made a lot of progress with my fingers and thumb but there is still some swelling and lots of stiffness in the hand and wrist. I am pleased with the improvement I have had already though! I have started the last few days to be more active. It feels good to cook a meal and clean up the kitchen. :-)
We paid a friend from church to come paint our schoolroom - here is a pic. It is very bright!!! I am pretty sure that I will like it more once we get more things in the room and on the walls and some more colors in there... right now it is a bit much. I plan to accent with a deep red (pillows, curtain, etc...) Ignore the blue tape that is up, that will not be there. The strips on the wall are where white shelves will go above the desk. Also white trim will go at ceiling. See the homeschool page for some more info on what the kids think...
Oh, and we also finally got the linen cabinet for our bathroom! I love it and filled it right up, the bathroom looks so much more tidy now. I can hardly wait to get the new bedspread and paint our bedroom - that will be a while though.
